Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them from initial inquiry through to conversion, while working closely with our in-house medical and wellness team.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing interactions from prospect to customer
• Contact assigned leads, provide counseling, and propose suitable treatment packages
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and effectively prioritize assigned contacts
• Filter prospects using effective methods, schedule appointments, and process payments
• Collect payments and oversee end-to-end lead management
• Collaborate with the in-house team to coordinate treatment plans
• Facilitate conference calls with doctors as and when required
