Academic Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for Academic Coordinator who can coordinate with faculties to develop
and deliver consistent and quality academic learning content. Strengthen product offering by
contributing towards a range of state-of-art education technology features. Expertise Area: Academics – Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Vedic Maths, Abacus, Mental Ability, English, and Computers.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide professional leadership and management of the subject in order to secure high
quality teaching, the effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement
for all students.
Curriculum Development, implementation, monitoring and review / Curricular Governance.
Define and review academic processes, structures, and functions.
Model and promote best practice in the teaching and learning in the subject.
Mentor Subject Matter Experts on their output and overall progress in the team.
Develop and peer review curriculum documents, teacher manuals, and ensure all content
meets pedagogical objectives and is age-appropriate.
Collaborate with the internal team to come up with fresh and creative ways of developing
material.
Participate in multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
Stay abreast of education trends and best practices.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Relevant Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree and Good Subject Knowledge.
Minimum 4 years of experience in academic leadership position.
Fluency in English and possess excellent Communication Skills.
Candidates who have research background and having a strong orientation towards
institutionalization of academic systems and processes would be preferred.
Must have Strong Academic Base, preparing reports and documentation skills, Creative and
Innovative approach.
Must be Tech-Savvy and possess soft skills (Office Management Software like MS Office,
Email Writing etc.)
