Coffee Barista

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate In-House Coffee Barista to provide premium coffee and beverage service within a private residence. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing a wide variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized coffee station, and delivering exceptional hospitality with a warm, professional attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coffee Preparation & Service
• Prepare high-quality brewed coffee, espresso-based drinks, cold brews, and specialty beverages.
• Customize beverages according to residents’ preferences and daily requirements.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, temperature, and quality.
• Daily Operations
• Set up the coffee station every morning, ensuring all equipment and ingredients are ready.
• Clean and sanitize coffee machines, grinders, and utensils regularly.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; alert the household management when restocking is needed.
• Guest Interaction & Hospitality
• Serve beverages to residents and guests with politeness and discretion.
• Provide recommendations and create new signature drinks upon request.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times inside the residence.
• Equipment & Quality Maintenance
• Ensure all coffee equipment is functioning properly; report any repairs or servicing needed.

Qualification: Diploma

Experience

• Minimum 3 Years to Maximum 5 Years
• Proven experience as a barista in a café, hotel, or private household.
• Skilled in espresso machines, grinders, latte art, and specialty brewing methods.
• Strong understanding of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and flavor notes.

Salary: USD 800 to USD 1100
