Concrete Specialist

Job Description 

• Handling and supervising the production of pre-stressed concrete piles of varying lengths, strengths and types, as well as other pre-cast concrete products.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• Manage cost and time constraints
• Perform risk assessments
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Carrying out testing on pre-stressed concrete and raw material, compiling test reports .
• Preparing mix designs and conducting trial mixes.
• Overlooking the concrete batching plant and manage the technicians.
• Design optimization of plant layout to meet high performance mixes and meeting high productivity.

Eligibility 

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or concrete technology
• Certificates or professional qualifications relating to concrete/infrastructure etc.
• 5+ years experience
• Industry Preferred – Infrastructure and Concrete products (especially pre-stressed concrete if possible)
