Executive Assistant to CMO
Job description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior management. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing executive calendars, making travel arrangements, MIS reports and other administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to senior management.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the point of contact among senior management and employees.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage calendars and set up meetings.
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Preparing MIS reports and analyzing it.
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
• Format information for communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
• Take minutes during meetings.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Organize and maintain the office filing system for key management.
What we are looking for:
• Min Qualification MBA or B.Tech.
• Min knowledge of MS office is must
• Must have strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
• Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
