Gas cutter with Welder cum Operator

Job Summary:

We would like to hire an electrician to join our team. You will be responsible for Dismantle, inspect and refit parts and reassemble mechanical equipment. Weld metal objects using a gas torch or arc welder and Simple maintenance of welding equipment

Job  Responsibilities:

Thorough working knowledge of Crusher plant equipment Installation and Maintenance, their usage, and safety procedures.
To carry out fabrication works as and when required during maintenance schedules and also carry out general fabrication works as per the requirements.
To execute the mechanical installation work of all machines as per the instructions and requirements.
Utilize plasma, gas, electric arc in welding metallic and composite materials together.
Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment in vertical, horizontal, or overhead positions.
Use power saws, chipping knife and hand shears in cutting, beveling, and contouring metal workpieces.
Repair structures by dismantling, reshaping, and reassembling metal components using cutting torches and hand tools.
Ability to Read drawings and to handle basic tools and Measuring instruments.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or Electrician degree from a technical college.
Must hold a ITI (Welder) certificate. Completion of an apprenticeship under a professional maintenance technician a plus
10 years experience as Welder and Gas cutter.
