HR & Admin Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of human resources — from talent acquisition to employee well-being — while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the facility including office management, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services within budgetary guidelines
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visiting professionals
- Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and record management (physical and digital)
- Manage contracts, agreements, and renewals with vendors and third-party service providers
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures with sensitivity and professionalism
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree / MBA in HR preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration roles
- Prior experience in a healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or NGO sector is highly preferred
Salary: Rs. 25000 to Rs. 30000
