Job Responsibility
End to End progression and moving the Board Tasks towards completion with expected outcomes by interacting with Responsible persons of Tasks.
- To Submit the Task progression and Analysis of Tasks movement report to the Board.
- Maintaining clear tracking records of Tasks with latest updates.
- Evaluating Business units performances, analysis of budgets utilization, generating progress reports, and evaluating sales and revenue targets in coordination with business units.
- Setting goals and motivate units to see that the set goals are accomplished within the specified timelines with Guidance of Board.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Work with senior stakeholders.
- Support team communication with the management team.
- Build inter-departmental coordination within organization for all units.
- Identify and address problems of Units if any.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders where & when required.
Eligibility
- MBA from a reputed B-school preferred with minimum 8 years of experience
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
