Responsibilities:
• Responsible for institutional coordination, tie-ups, doctor network hospital staff engagement.
• Ensure seamless operational flow for highest patient experience in OCC network hospital for achieving customer delight.
• Engage with the patients/caregivers of cancer patients on one hand and external stakeholders, on the other hand, to guide them at every step of their cancer journey with empathy and understanding both in OCC network hospitals.
• Engage with all key stakeholders of network hospitals like operation, accounts and collect all relevant information seamless operation and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain relationships with multiple accounts across the designated geographies.
• Achieve Monthly/Quarterly patient satisfaction & conversion targets.
• Collecting bills from OCC; settle with hospital & vice versa as per the stipulated period.
• Provide feedback to referral partners regarding the status of their patients and ensure a seamless collaborative relationship with all stakeholders.
• Keeping track of all the patients & their records of treatment with the central team.
• Associate with cross-functional teams within Onco to ensure partners to ensure new initiatives are a hassle- free environment for launching new initiatives
What we are looking for:
• Min 3 – 4 years’ experience in the Sales and Business Development in Healthcare field
(Pharmaceuticals/Hospitals/Diagnostics).
• Strong territory knowledge with the ability to build rapport with doctors and our customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Confident and outgoing
