Repairs Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Supervisor’s role is to lead the team to deliver high standards of work
quality and efficient use of materials in responsive repairs, planned and voids.
The post holder will have a functional leadership role for specific trades and
responsibility for the line management and performance management of frontline operatives. Holding appraisals, 1-1s and tool box talks.
The Supervisor will sign of and inspect where required Gas, Electrical and Fire
Risk Assessment works ensuring statutory compliance across these areas
Deliver training where identified
Job Responsibilities:
1. Investigate and repair all products – within 24 hrs.
2. Revenue goal –
3. Customer service – internal and external
4. Building maintenance – weekly and monthly( ensure the smooth Functioning of the building)
5. Training- other team members – 2 hours training per week
6. Ensure there is a video documented process for each task and organize it in a manual – and ensure all process are followed by your team members
7. Coaching team members – 30 min twice a month
8. Plan and organize department work with the team – monitor and give feedback to team members & Management as required
Qualifications and Requirements
Computer literate
minimum work experience of 2 years and
Diploma or certificates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer/ Technician Certificates.
