Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing business strategies, and driving revenue growth.
The role focuses on expanding market share, building strong client relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets in mining, aggregates, and construction-related products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market visits and identify new opportunities.
- Provide product information and resolve customer queries.
- Coordinate with operations for order execution and delivery.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer database.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.
- Provide market feedback to management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Driving the team to achieve the sales target
- Lead, train, and monitor sales team performance.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline, Business preferred)
Experience: 5–10 years in sales, preferably in mining, aggregates, construction materials, or industrial sector
Salary: USD 2500 to USD 3500
