Job Responsibility

Business Development

1 Define clear-cut approach and work out plan to achieve the assigned annual target from international markets for PAN India Cluster of Client Hospitals – market segmentation , Target market, target audience, pricing – packaging , positioning , customer profile , Geographic & demographic etc ,

2 Identify, propose and sign-up agreements with new hospitals. Establish tie-ups with major hospitals & wellnes centre both region wise and sub-speciality, speciality and super-speciality wise

3 Prepare Readiness Criteria for the hospitals, clinical and other facilities –

4 Identify referral consultants and agents inAfrica , south asia and other health tourism markets

5 Work with texila network in Middle East and Africa to bring patients to India

6 Identifying Leading Alternative therapy,spas, Wellness centers and negiotiate, sign agreements

7 Develop and execute clear and measurable action plans for business development in International locations mainly in the African Region

8 Build business by prioritizing high potential corporate clients including referral health care facilities, government agencies and high potential freelance healthcare facilitators from outbound locations

9 Network with key stakeholders like medical tourism associations and peer groups

10 Design travel packages with both vacation and medical treatment value at the optimal price

11 Track performance metric for reporting staffs

12 Prepare weekly and monthly reports

13 Prepare financial projections on medical travel visitors per month

14 Initiate statergies and action plans to Increase percentage of repeat or “influencer” referral to friends and family (customer lifetime value) stemming from one single client booking

Eligibility

Minimum 3 to 5 yrs experience as a business development / Operations Manager

excellent market research skills and proven records on revenue generation.

Managing operations related to patients coordination and logistics.

Experience of online marketing research in health care industry.

Master’s degree / MBA in Marketing management Preferable
