Wellness manager

The Wellness Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing the overall well-being of individuals within a company or organization. The Wellness Manager works under the supervision and guidance of CMO and involves developing and implementing wellness programs, coordinating health initiatives, and fostering a culture of wellness to support Guest/Patient and employees’ physical, mental, and emotional health.

Roles and Responsibilities

Program Development :

Assists CMO/RMO in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive wellness programs and initiatives tailored to the specific needs and goals of the organization. This may include creating health promotion campaigns, organizing fitness challenges, arranging educational workshops, and offering resources on nutrition, stress management, and other wellness-related topics.

Employee Engagement :Actively engage employees and promote participation in wellness programs and activities.

Inventory Management :Optimize working capital, reduce carrying costs, minimize stockouts, improve customer service, and streamline operations.

Inventory Planning, Procurement and Replenishment

Inventory Tracking and Control

Education and Training: Conduct educational workshops, seminars, and training sessions to raise awareness and educate patient/Guest on various wellness topics, such as stress management, resilience, nutrition, and physical activity

Reporting and Performance Measurement

Qualifications and Requirements:

• BNYS/BAMS with proven track record in hospitality industry in managerial level. A master’s degree or Spa management from CIDESCO is desirable.
• Proven experience in wellness program development, implementation, and management.
• Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles, practices, and behaviour change strategies.
• Familiarity with wellness software platforms and technologies for program management and engagement tracking.
• Understanding of legal and ethical considerations related to Patient/Guest and employee wellness programs
• Relevant certifications in wellness coaching, health education, or related areas are advantageous
