First Aid Officer Responsibilities:
- Be the first responder in case of accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies at the mining site
- Administer first aid and emergency medical care until professional medical help arrives
- Establish and maintain a well-equipped first aid station at the mining site
- Ensure that first aid supplies and equipment are up-to-date, properly stored, and easily accessible
- Conduct initial medical assessments of injured or ill employees
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all first aid interventions
